Lisa's Biography :
Lisa has lived in the greater Fredericksburg area since 1974 and believes it is one of the top places to live, work and raise a family. She taught in the local school systems and was a career law enforcement officer culminating in retirement as a Captain in Spotsylvania. The “thin blue line” and all first responders are her extended family. Lisa attended the University of Mary Washington for her undergraduate degree and the University of Virginia for her Master’s degree. She is a firm believer that a real estate agent must be much more than just a realtor. Her teaching experience has given her great insight into our local public and private school systems. Her law enforcement background gives her in depth insight into neighborhoods, locations, crime statics and tools for you to use to chose the safest and best location for you and or your family. Lisa also believes in a team concept. A realtor is only one facet of going from on the market to closed or purchased. You will need to rely on lenders, closers, inspectors, home repair workers and much more for a truly satisfying and thoroughly positive real estate experience. She prides herself on being able to recommend those other team players with confidence.
Lisa’s top priority is to always equip you with the knowledge you need to make a sound and confident decision on buying or selling your home. She wants the experience to leave you at ease; knowing that you have achieved your goals at their highest potential. Given Lisa’s detail-oriented law enforcement career, no stone will be left unturned and you may rest assured your needs, desires and concerns will be at the forefront of your business relationship.
Lisa’s ability to negotiate and communicate will allow her to help you achieve the perfect real estate deal for your situation and she looks forward to your journey together. Lisa has had her real estate license since the early 90s so relax and allow her to do the work that she is trained to do for you.
Lisa holds PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) and CPRES (Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist) designations to set her apart from the rest and to afford you compassionate accurate assistance in your real estate needs. Unfortunately not all home sales are based on desire. At times declining health, passing of a loved one or even divorce necessitates a sale. This is where Lisa hopes to make a difference. When emotions are high and the need for assistance is great, she will be ready to help you.
Lisa looks forward to helping all people with their real estate needs! Lisa has your back in your real estate pursuits!
